Atlas Global Prime was founded to serve a specific class of counterparty — regulated brokerages, professional trading firms, and funds that require institutional market structure without the overhead of building it. We sit between our clients and the deepest pools of global liquidity, aggregating prices from more than fifteen tier-one bank and non-bank providers into a single, high-quality feed.
Our business is straightforward. We provide multi-asset liquidity, the technology to consume it, and the operational support to run it in production. Nothing about that is retail. Our onboarding, credit, and settlement processes are built for professional counterparties, and our pricing reflects the directness of the relationship.
Regulation matters. Atlas Global Prime is authorised by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa (FSP 55087). That status shapes how we hold client funds, how we report our exposures, and how we treat our counterparties. It is the starting point of the relationship, not a footnote to it.
We do not sell a product. We build a channel — between institutions who need liquidity and the venues that hold it — and we operate that channel to institutional standards, every day.
Atlas Global Prime (PTY) Ltd is an authorised financial services provider under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of the Republic of South Africa under FSP number 55087.
Our FSP authorisation governs the categories of financial products we are permitted to deal in, our conduct with counterparties, our capital adequacy, and our reporting obligations. Details of our authorisation status are publicly available on the FSCA register.
